Complaints should be submitted in writing via the contact form on our Contact page, selecting 'Editorial Complaint' from the topic dropdown. Please include the URL of the article in question, the date of publication, and a clear description of your concern.
We aim to acknowledge all complaints within three working days of receipt and to provide a substantive response within 21 calendar days. More complex investigations may take longer, in which case we will keep you regularly informed of progress.
Arcadia Vibe is regulated by the Independent Press Standards Organisation (IPSO). If you are not satisfied with our final response, you may refer your complaint to IPSO, which provides a free and independent review service.
We treat complaints with discretion. Personal details provided in the course of a complaint will not be shared with the journalist or department complained about beyond what is strictly necessary to investigate the matter.
